"It was frustrating using them i do not recommend. My bill would change month to month. It went up over $100 dollars from October to November with no explanation. I had to reach out to have them explain it to me. Come to find out they were getting it wrong on their end. Somehow I've was given a discount that didn't apply to me so I was hit with $100 increase the following month. I canceled 3 days later and they kept $100 only refunding me the difference. Maybe they could have been more transparent. I dont belive I should have been charged $100 for their mess up."
